Meet Linda Good, therapist at the Center for Couples and Families!
Linda Good is originally from Silver City, New Mexico. She has completed an associates degree in Psychology from Eastern Arizona College and a bachelors in Psychology from Utah Valley University. Linda is currently working on her Clinical Mental Health Counseling masters at Utah Valley University and is an intern therapist. She has done research on how mental health affects romantic relationships, how high expectations in Utah youth can impact their drive, and how Ketamine Assisted Psychotherapy can improve symptoms of bulimia nervosa.
Linda discovered her passion for helping others through therapy after going through her own mental health journey, one she is still traveling through. Linda believes in providing a space where others can feel safe and validated. She is willing to work with all populations.
Linda is passionate in working with those who struggle with anxiety, depression, trauma, pornography addiction, and any other conflicts that occur in everyday life.
Linda enjoys listening to heavy metal music, reading books, and painting in her free time. She also enjoys playing and watching soccer, dancing around her apartment, and singing in the car.
