About Paige

Paige Gifford grew up in sunny San Diego, California. She moved to Utah for college seven years ago and has since then learned to tolerate Utah’s snowy winters.

Paige enjoys playing pickleball in summer and trying her best to not fall down the mountain while skiing during the winter. She also enjoys expressing herself through dance and art.

Education and Experience

Paige is a Licensed Associate Marriage and Family Therapist in Utah. She received her bachelor’s degree from Brigham Young University in Family Life and her master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from Utah Valley University.

Paige has experience in various capacities including her work as a mentor at a residential treatment center for teens, a healthy sexuality research assistant, and as an assistant at a memory care and assisted living facility.

Therapeutic Philosophy and Approach

Paige is particularly interested in working with couples, young adults, adolescents, and their families. She is also interested in working with those who struggle to manage anxiety and depression.
